Registration/Terms & Conditions:

1.	The Club would like to ensure that the maximum number of members have a chance to attend, so applicants must send a crossed cheque for HK$100 payable to The Community Chest of Hong Kong as a deposit to the SHKP Club at 52/F, Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. Members should write their name, membership number, contact number and name of seminar on the back.
2.	Each member can bring one guests (a group of two)
3.	Online registration only. Deadline: 6 May 2015.
4.	If a member is selected and they attend with the number of guests specified in the application their cheque will be destroyed. Otherwise it will be sent to the Community Chest as a charitable donation. Cheques from members who are not selected will be destroyed after the selection process.
5.	Members will be randomly selected by computer. All applicants will be notified via email on 11 May 2015.
6.	Special arrangement for severe weather: If the Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above , or Red/ Black rainstorm warning signal has been issued three hours before the event, the event would be cancelled. If the Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Red/ Black rainstorm warning signal has been issued during the event, the event would be terminated.
7.	Participants must give their consent to Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, SHKP Club Limited and the SHKP Reading Club concerning their possible appearance in photographs, videos and or interviews at the event, which may be used later in publicity materials.
8.	Members invited should arrive on time. Late comers will not be admitted.
9.	SHKP Reading Club reserves the right to change the rules without prior notices.
10.	In case of any dispute, SHKP Reading Club reserves the right of final decision on all matters.

e.	facilitating communications between participants and the Club;
f.	in order to determine the participant's eligibility to the event and to any products, facilities, services and other privileges, benefits and other advantages offered by the Club, the Group and service providers and consider what may best suit the participant's needs, comparing the participant's personal information with all personal information concerning the participant previously provided to the Group;
g.	any other purpose which a participant may from time to time agree.

We will keep personal data and other information relating to participants confidential. The information will only be disclosed or transferred to parties relevant and reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above.

USE OF INFORMATION IN DIRECT MARKETING
We intend to use your name, contact details and the information as to the goods and services which you were/might be interested in, for delivering the aforesaid information and conducting direct marketing including products, services, advice and subjects in relation to the followings: Hong Kong and worldwide properties including residential, offices, commercial and industrial buildings, shops, hotels, shopping malls and the events therein, property management, construction, insurance, financial services, telecommunication, information technology, transport infrastructure operations and management, port business, transport and logistics, waste management, educational, recruitment, reward/loyalty/privilege programmes, corporate social responsibility activities, charitable and non-profitable causes.
