LOVING HOME Rhythm – Ukulele and Handbell Workshops

I would like to attend the above activity/activities and will send the SHKP Club a crossed cheque for HK$100 payable to The Community Chest of Hong Kong for each workshop. I understand that if I am selected for a workshop the cheque will be destroyed as long as I attend the activity with the number of guests specified at registration or donated to The Community Chest of Hong Kong in any other case. I also understand that if I am not selected, my cheque will again be destroyed.

Registration/Terms & Conditions:
1.     The Club would like to ensure that the maximum number of members have a chance to attend, so applicants must send a crossed cheque for HK$100 payable to The Community Chest of Hong Kong as a deposit for each workshop (regardless of the number of guests) to the SHKP Club at 52/F, Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. Members should write their name, contact number, membership number and programme name on the back of their cheque.
2.Each member can bring one guest (two in total) for ukulele workshop and each member can bring two guests (three in total) for handbell workshop.
3.Online registration only. The deadline for the ukulele workshop is 24 July and for the handbell workshop 7 August.
4.If a member is selected and they attend with the number of guests specified in the application their cheque will be destroyed. Otherwise it will be sent to the Community Chest of Hong Kong as a charitable donation. Cheques from members who are not selected will be destroyed after the selection process.
5.Members will be randomly selected by computer. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or otherwise via email, on 28 July for the ukulele workshop and 11 August for the handbell workshop.
6.Participants must give Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and SHKP Club Limited permission to use photographs, video or interviews from the event in publicity.
7.Invited members should arrive on time as late comers will not be admitted and there will be no alternate workshops.
8.The Club reserves the right to change the rules, without prior notices.
9.The Club reserves the right of final decision in any dispute.

g. any other purpose which a participant may from time to time agree.

We will keep personal data and other information relating to participants confidential. The information will only be disclosed or transferred to parties relevant and reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above.

USE OF INFORMATION IN DIRECT MARKETING
We intend to use your name, contact details and the information as to the goods and services which you were/might be interested in, for delivering the aforesaid information and conducting direct marketing including products, services, advice and subjects in relation to the followings: Hong Kong and worldwide properties including residential, offices, commercial and industrial buildings, shops, hotels, shopping malls and the events therein, property management, construction, insurance, financial services, telecommunication, information technology, transport infrastructure operations and management, port business, transport and logistics, waste management, educational, recruitment, reward/loyalty/privilege programmes, corporate social responsibility activities, charitable and non-profitable causes.
