1. Online registration only. Deadline: 27th October, 2016
2. Members will be randomly selected by computer. All applicants will be notified via email on 28th October, 2016.
3. Each member can bring up to 3 guests (total of four including member).
4. Dress Code: Smart Casual (please refrain from wearing any sports attire and beachwear).
5. Parking spaces are not available at the venue.
6. Participants must give Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and SHKP Club Limited permission to use photographs, video or interviews from the event in publicity.
7. Members invited should arrive on time. Late comers will be deemed to have withdrawn and denied entry.
8. The Club may approve or disapprove the application of any member for participating in this activity at its sole and absolute discretion without giving any reason therefor.
9. The Club reserves the right to change the rules, without prior notices.
10. The Club reserves the right of final decision in any dispute.
