Registration details:

1.	Each member can bring along 3 guests at most (i.e. a maximum number of 4 attendees (including the member)). Space are limited, first come first served.
2.	Online registration period starts from now to 12:00nn of 13 June 2024. Registration time is based on the time of receipt by the server of the SHKP Club. The SHKP Club will not accept any liability if any information submitted by the participants has been delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computers and networks.
3.	Successfully registered SHKP Club Members will be notified via email by SHKP Club on or before 14 June 2024.
4.	The seminar will be conducted over two days, with sessions conducted in Putonghua and Cantonese respectively.

Terms & Conditions:

1.	No participants shall publish or reproduce the content of the seminar in any format (including but not limited to recording audios and videos) without prior written consent from the SHKP Club.
2.	Participants must ensure all personal information provided is accurate. The SHKP Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant who appears to have submitted inaccurate or incomplete information or behaved in a fraudulent manner.
3.	Members who have their seats confirmed should arrive at the seminar with their seat confirmation email and membership card on time for registration as late comers will not be admitted and will be regarded as absentees.
4.	Participants must agree that Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, SHKP Club Limited, and the organizer have the right to take photographs, videos and conduct interviews of all participants during the event and has the absolute copyright and right to use them for display in any publication channel.
5.	All products and services involved in the event are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the supplier and cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, returned for other goods and transferred.
6.	The SHKP Club reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any person to participate in this event without any notice if it is discovered or suspected that there is any breach of the terms and condition of this event.
7.	The SHKP Club staff members responsible for this event are not allowed to participate in this event for fairness sake.
8.	All images are for reference only.
9.	The SHKP Club will not be responsible for any accidents which occur during the event.
10.	The SHKP Club reserves the absolute right to change the terms and conditions of the event or terminate the event without notice. In case of any dispute, the SHKP Club shall have the final decision.
