Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea II by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans^

SHKP Club members and 新地會「珍惜‧愛家人」(SHKP Club Facebook) fans who submit Registrations of Intent for Wings at Sea II by 30 November 2017 will have a chance to receive a HK$100 YATA Department Store gift certificate^ by simply completing an online registration between 20 October and 15 December 2017 as thanks for their support. A total of 10,000 winners will be awarded with the gift certificate on a first come first served basis.
Eligibility and registration:
  1. Participants must be both SHKP Club members and SHKP Club Facebook (新地會「珍惜‧愛家人」) fans.
  2. Submit a Registration of Intent for Wings at Sea II by 30 November 2017.
  3. Visit the Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea II by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans webpage between 20 October 2017 and 15 December 2017 and provide the Registration of Intent number and relevant information.
  4. A total of 10,000 winners will be awarded with the gift certificate on a first come first served basis and the gift certificate will be allocated according to the order of complete, accurate and successful online registration of the Reward Scheme.
  5. Eligible member regardless of the number of Registrations of Intent submitted for Wings at Sea II and the number of registrations made under this Reward Scheme, may be awarded at most one HK$100 YATA Department Store gift certificate only.
  6. Eligible members participating in both “Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans” and “Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea II by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans” may be awarded at most one HK$100 YATA Department Store gift certificate only.

Terms & Conditions of Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea II by SHKP Club Members and Facebook fans:
  1. Participants must be both SHKP Club Limited (SHKP Club) members and SHKP Club Facebook (新地會「珍惜‧愛家人」) fans and submit Registrations of Intent for Wings at Sea II by 30 November 2017 and complete online registration between 20 October 2017 and 15 December 2017 (11:59pm) to be eligible. A total of 10,000 winners will be awarded with the gift certificate on a first come first served basis and the gift certificate will be allocated according to the order of complete, accurate and successful online registration of the Reward Scheme. The time for online registration is determined by the receiving time of the server of the organizer.
  2. This Reward Scheme accepts online registration only. Participants have to submit the number of Registration of Intent for Wings at Sea II. Members by submitting online the information including postal address, phone number and email address consent to the update of their SHKP Club membership information by SHKP Club.
  3. Participants must ensure that the personal information provided is accurate and complete. The Club will verify participants' eligibility. Participants must supply proof of their eligibility with relevant documents if requested.
  4. Eligible member regardless of the number of Registrations of Intent submitted for Wings at Sea II and the number of registrations made under this Reward Scheme, may be awarded at most one HK$100 YATA Department Store gift certificate only. Certificates will be sent by registered mail by 31 January 2018 after verification. A total of 10,000 winners will be awarded with the gift certificate on a first come first served basis. To be eligible for this offer, members shall ensure their eligibility for participation during the SHKP Club's verification. Gift certificates cannot be transferred, refunded for cash and/or redeemed. Gift certificates are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the merchant.
  5. Eligible members participating in both “Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans” and “Submission of Registration of Intent Reward Scheme for Wings at Sea II by SHKP Club members and Facebook fans” may be awarded at most one HK$100 YATA Department Store gift certificate only.
  6. The SHKP Club shall bear no liability if the transmission of information is delayed, lost, invalid or unidentifiable due to any technical problems of the computer network or if the gift certificates are delayed or lost in the postage for whatever reason. The SHKP Club reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any person for participation or gift certificate of any person without any notice if it is discovered or suspected that there is any breach of the terms and condition of this Reward Scheme.
  7. The SHKP Club reserves the final right to cancel, terminate or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time without any notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the SHKP Club shall be final and binding.
  8. The traditional Chinese version shall prevail if there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions.
  9. The free gift stated in this advertisement is offered or arranged by SHKP Club. The Owner (i.e. MTR Corporation Limited) and the Person so engaged (i.e. Globaluck Limited) are not related to such gift and shall not be responsible for any claims in relation thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, the free gift does not form part of any gift, or any financial advantage or benefit, to be made available in connection with the purchase of a specified residential property in the Phase.
